Vacuum Pump is suitable for Candy Batch manufacturing if Batch cooked on Diesel Bhatti (Manually) The material is Manually cooked on Diesel Bhatti When Temperature reached at 275 Degree Temperature, Tilted the Batch Manually into the pot of Vacuum Pump and lift the pot of Pump. It will remove Moisture of Batch within Three Minutes

BATCH ROLLER (MECHANICAL)

                         Batch Former for conical shape of kneaded mixed and cooled batch of Lollypop / Candy / Toffee for further feeding into Rope Sizer. It is fitted with heaters to keep the batch warm. It's manual lifting and lowering mechanism helps the batch coming forward automatically. It is fitted with M.S. or Stainless Steel Rollers. Rollers forward & Reverse by mechanical gear box.    

SUGAR BATCH KNEADING TABLE

           This machine is suitable for automatic mixing of colors and scrap for Candy / Lollipop batch where production is large. It mixes 50 Kegs. Batch just in 3 Minutes with proper mixing of flavors and colors
